Berlin Gotzkowskystrasse, Germany. Phase I/ Completion 2001. Phase II/ Completion 2005

Conversion of a landmarked addressing machine factory into a four-star hotel, with spa facility and restaurant on the ground level. The bar code is a main design feature and each floor is allocated a different colour.
